Build strength in your physical body while creating space in your body, heart, and mind in Alignment Awareness Yoga. A slow to moderate pace allows you adequate time to explore each posture, finding the best position for your body in that moment. Breath-work and sprinkles of yogic philosophy enrich this yoga fundamentals class. Alignment Awareness Yoga is great for those brand new to yoga as well as experienced practitioners looking to refine their practice.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance of class time, as a courtesy to your instructor. Late cancellations will forfeit 50% of the class fee. No notification will forfeit 100% of class fee.
