My goal as a yoga teacher is to teach safe, accessible yoga by infusing yogic philosophy in a fun and approachable manner. I always invite my classes to focus on their inner practice by listening to what their body and spirit need each day.
I pursued teaching yoga because it helped me build a new outlook on life and kick started my healing journey. Through my personal yoga practice I have learned to trust the journey inward and steady my mind. I believe my yoga practice has played a vital role in my successful sobriety journey since June of 2019.
When I’m not in the yoga studio you can try to find me in the woods or in a field stargazing (or at a tattoo shop hehe).
I look forward to meeting you & supporting your journey inward!

I was introduced to yoga by a good friend in the mid-1990’s. I took weekly classes off and on for several years. Then I decided a couple of years ago to jump in with both feet and became RYT 200 certified. I find strength, peace and calm in the practice of yoga.
Early in 2021, My husband and I created Prairie Street Studios. We hope to share the benefits and to expand the practice of yoga in the Elkhart area.
