Fundamentals of Yoga

This 6 week program will focus on sun salutations, triangle, warrior, downward facing dog and tree poses. Gain confidence, strength, and balance as we practice variations of these core poses each week.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance of class time, as a courtesy to your instructor. Late cancellations will forfeit 50% of the class fee. No notification will forfeit 100% of class fee.
