Release the weight of stress in order to receive feelings of optimism, lightness, and inner peace with Positive Progressions Yoga. This flow style class fuses breath-work, upbeat music and intentional postures. A moderate to fast pace facilitates an energetic pick-me-up. Positive Progressions Yoga would be best for "experienced beginners" through "intermediate" level practitioners (levels 2-3). Beginners are welcome, but some may find it challenging as a first class.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 1 hour in advance of class time, as a courtesy to your instructor. Late cancellations will forfeit 50% of the class fee. No notification will forfeit 100% of class fee.
